Things have been really busy around these parts lately, so I haven’t had much time for cooking. Which is why I’m looking forward to the Cookbook Club that my roommates and I are starting. We haven’t picked a date for our first dinner yet, but the idea is to pick a new cookbook and divvy up courses from each chapter (ie: one person takes the appetizers chapter and makes something, someone else takes on soups/salads, etc.). Our first cookbook will be Barefoot Contessa in Paris, which has some absolutely delicious looking courses. I’ve claimed the desserts and am now trying to decide what I can pull off without a kitchen torch or ramekins. Everything looks so good!
