I will admit, I was a very picky eater as a child. Fortunately, as I’ve grown up, I’ve discovered that several of the things that I very adamantly turned my nose up at as a child are really some of my favorite foods now. (For example: avocados, cream cheese, and artichokes – I know, I know, I was crazy.) Anyway, perhaps to make up for lost time, I like to incorporate the things that I once hated into my diet as frequently as possible now. I just found this recipe for artichoke and goat cheese mille feuille on NPR.org and plan to try it this weekend. It’s from the foodie blogging queen at Chocolate and Zucchini and I’m sure it will be wonderful (even though I still dislike zucchini)!
